SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  All products are made to order so I thank you in advance for your patience. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Estimated delivery dates and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages.

​

If package gets returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again. There will be no returns or exchanges given. 

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including custom fees for some countries.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

REFUND

We only allow exchanges for a different size. No refunds. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged and unworn in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

MOCK-UP DISCLAIMER
